About Bustin and Associates
Our Story
Leonard Bustin moved to Southern California in 1977 with his family. He finished college at night where he became a real estate major. He worked as a financial planner until he became interested in land development and real estate sales. He furthered his education with a certification in Land Use and Environmental Planning. He was asked to be the broker of record for an agency and from there, he has become an owner broker.
